Reading Online Internet can save your life – Yes I think it has helped me, there are so many great websites with great healthy information here, even my E-Health story is great on how I got better towards my health. Soon I will stop writing about my eating disorders and unhealthy times. I will stop writing because I am getting a whole lot better. I can feel it everyday that pass by. Today I feel better and great, this vitamin B12 is just helping my entire body, mind and health. So soon when I feel 100% I will stop writing about my health and move on to other things. But, I will always stay eating healthy and do lots of exercise and take my vitamins.
Breakfast: 1.5 scramble eggs with two table spoons of olive oil. 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese. Was delicious and also had 1000 mcg of vitamin B12, I read online take this for 5 days daily. Plus instant oats with one banana and almond milk unsweet in blender. Was real good and felt good in my system. I feel good right now.
I think I won’t be posting my food intake any longer cause I am feeling better by the hour. Feeling good. I have noticed that also my vision has improved to a clearer one. I can see more clear and farther now. I will keep doing what I am doing to be better.
I am about to go to lunch and I just feel good. I won’t be posting my food anymore and I feel this writing thread will be over soon. I will stay with my current diet and daily exercises from here on. I won’t eat unhealthy never again.
6:30 pm I am home been eating nuts, one full cucumber, half plantain. Was doing exercise and in 20 minutes running felt dizzy and like running out of energy. I was doing 2 hamburger patties for my son but I thought maybe that is what I need so not to feel dizzy or without energy so I ate them. I haven’t eaten red mead in about 2 months, see what happens.
I have found out that I have another small issues. I need to eat more cause I think taking these pills I get more hungry and I feel without energy and sometimes dizzy. So, I need to eat more. This could be easy if food doesn’t make me sick. Well, right now food is ok, doesn’t make me that sick and I can eat more by taking these vitamins. I have lost way too much lbs in these 2 months, I think I have lost about 40 lbs. Yesterday I think I weighted about 165 lbs and I was 207 lbs on Jan 7 2017. Well I will eat more and see what happens. But, I will stay off the unhealthy food, just healthy food from here on.
I have been feeling good now and then I still feel my nerves though. Especially after 2 hours of eating. Some type of food makes me feel them. But yeah I have been feeling a whole lot better. On Friday night something bugged me a lot. I ate oats and I put some honey on it maybe one table spoon, I think it was the honey that gave me some pain again. The next morning I felt a little better and now is Sunday and feel better. You need to watch what you eat cause some food can make it worse. I think food with high sugar is not good for our nerve pain.
