Bank America BOA Review
Bank of America BOA Review – I have been a client or customer for Bank of America for about more than 10 years now. I had a couple of issues before in the past but not like this that happened a month ago that made me change or replace bank branch. I have decided to go with Wells Fargo see how this turns out. I give a bad review for Bank Of America which has lead me to change my bank. Banking should not be a stress for us, it should be a easy thing for us, we work hard so someone should take care of our needs and not give us stress or makes us lose money. I added my wife to my account about 5 or 6 months ago, ok everything went well at the branch, then they needed some information or confirm something which I have no idea what it was. BOA could only speak to my wife and knowing I am the owner of the account. Knowing I have been with them for over 10 years now and they could not help me. My wife was unavailable at the time, so I contacted my wife and got both of them to speak and fix things. My wife then calls me and no one could help her, they said that everything was fine with her part of the account and that the issue was with my credit card. I could not believe this nonsense, while this was happening they froze my entire account for weeks. Could you believe this? So while this was happening I had sent a check to pay a utility bill which bounced back, they charge me $50 for a bounced check which was not my fault, so I went to the branch two times they said they couldn’t help me. Both times could not helped me so I decided to close my account for good and write my bad review experience here. I also have called their customer support and they always upset me, they ask a thousand different questions to verify your account, they don’t help! instead of helping they try to see how they can harm you in your account make you upset with many different stupid questions. I also have some credit cards with them that I will pay off one day and will cancel because I am unhappy with Bank of America. In the past I also had an issue when they froze my account for some weird reason so this is the second time they do this and without letting me know. No one calls or emails or anything they just decide to freeze it and screw me, not good, this cannot be happening no more, So I paid $50 and lost my money because of Bank of America.
I leave a bad review because that is what they deserve per their services to me and writing to you to maybe look for something better out there. Bank of America BOA Review is sharing my experiences with you alerting you to do what is best for you.
